This arm of our PTM Division is able to offer a fully integrated refractory installation and maintenance service to a wide range of clients within the energy, oil and gas, petrochemical and municipal refuse industries.
Services available include:
- Shutdowns and overhauls
- Routine maintenance installation
- Surveys and inspections
- Project works, including on and off-site
- Provision of skilled labour and technical personnel
2005 clients in the UK include:
- BP Coryton - FCCU revamp to include 12 Heaters, 2 incinerators and 2 Stacks. Manpower 60+.
- Conoco - shopwork, new 3rd stage Separator
- Total LOR - Shopwork, new FCCU Regenerator Head.
- Total LOR - FCCU shutdown.
- Esso Fawley - Pipestills shutdown
- Esso Fawley - on-site new FCCU Regenerator Head.
2005 clients Overseas include:
- Polimeri, France - Phase 2, 100% rebuild of Convection Sections on 2 no. furnaces.
- SASOL, Spain - Supervision in shop, new 3rd Stage Separator
- KOCHI, India - FCCU revamp, both shopwork and on-site shutdown.
- IOCL, India - FCC Reactor & Riser rebuild after fire damage.
- SASOL, S. Africa - Grassroots FCCU, line main vessels and field joints.
- ERG, Sicily - FCCU shutdown.

- Shell Stanlow - Reactor Riser & 'Y' Piece in conjunction with PTM
- Shell Stanlow - FCCU shutdown with Mitsui Babcock
- Esso Fawley - Powerformer shutdown in conjunction with PTM
- Van Tongeren/BP Lavera - Refurbishment & Modifications of 6 no. Regenerator cyclones in conjunction with PTM
- BP Coryton - FCCU shutdown with Mitsui Babcock
- Alstom - 2 new Waste Heat Recovery units.
- Total LOR - South Block Shutdown. heater repairs and 100% reline to 3F1 furnace.
- Total Milford Haven - FCCU shutdown and repairs to North Block heaters
- Total Milford Haven - 2 steam boilers planned refurbishment.

- SARAS, Sardinia - New FCCU cyclones and Vibrocast Reactor Riser
- KNPC, Kuwait - FCCU revamp working with local contractor
- NAFTA, Lithuania - FCCU shutdown supplying supervision, equipment and materials.
- HEL.PE, Greece - Project work 1st quarter, Regenerator Head, Reactor Riser with the FCCU revampl during our 3rd quater.
- BAPCO, Bahrain - Supervision during FCCU shutdown
